About the Queen of New Westminster
The Queen of New Westminster is one of the longest-serving vessels in the BC Ferries fleet. She has been extensively refitted over the decades and continues to fill in on major routes, most often between Tsawwassen and Swartz Bay.
Because she is one of the older vessels in the fleet, her assignments can shift with refit schedules and the introduction of newer ships.
